Before you decide

This is a simulation. Actual income can vary a lot from house to house: decoration, photos, reviews, building rules and how the market evolves all make a big difference.
The closer to the beach, the better the income. Walking distance to the beach is the factor that weighs most on bookings in the Algarve.
Flats in residential areas, in town centres and far from the beach often earn too little to make holiday rental worthwhile. In those cases we tell you frankly and, if it suits you better, we recommend long-term letting.

Our story

We were born from the hearts of two siblings and the memory of our mother, Paula.

Paula loved having guests. We were born in the Algarve and grew up living the best of this region: every corner, every tradition, every special spot. We created Casas Paulinha as a tribute to her genuine way of welcoming people.
