Casas Paulinha was born from the hearts of two brothers and from a memory that stays with us every day: that of our mother, Paula, who loved to entertain. For her, every visit was special, every detail made a difference—and home was always a place of well-being and conviviality.

We're from the Algarve and grew up experiencing the best this region has to offer. We know every corner, every tradition, and every special nook and cranny, and it's this knowledge that we bring to every property we manage.

Inspired by our mother's example, we created this vacation rental management company as a tribute to her genuine way of welcoming.

We care for each home with passion, care, and care—as if it were our own. More than just offering accommodation, we want to create experiences that truly make our guests feel at home.
